Return Policy and Terms of Service

Payment:

We accepts payment by major credit cards, Paypal etc. Payment is required upon order.

Shipping:

All items are shipped on next business day of payment clearing.

We ship worldwide via United States Postal Service(USPS), first class mail. Free tracking is available on US orders. Expedite shipping and shipping upgrades are available on all products.

Your jewelry will arrive securely packaged in a box or padded envelope(this depends on the size of item).

Shipping Times:

United States - 3-5 business days. 

Other Countries - 12-18 business days.

Pre-Order or MTO (Made to Order) Orders- 2 to 3 weeks from the order date for orders within USA. 4-6 weeks for International orders.

Multiple Purchases:

Multiple purchases will be combined into a single shipment, if possible.

Refunds and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns and exchanges on items. All sales are final, but please contact us within 24 hours once the order is received, if you have any issues with the order.

Returns: In exceptional cases, any unopened, unused items may be returned within 24 hours of receipt of the order for a partial refund. However, due to the nature of the jewelry, a flat fee of $10 will be charged for returns handling costs for any returned items. Also, restocking fee of 10% of the total order amount will be charged as per the store policy.

Item Repairs: Each item is packed carefully and securely, however, if it arrives damaged, we will do our best to provide a replacement (however most of the items are unique) or repair the item free of charge. Please contact us and we can work with you to find a solution. In such cases, buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs of repaired items on both sides. Buyers may send Pre-paid USPS label or we will do that at an additional cost.

Please note that returns on our jewelry are NOT acceptable for PRICE, SIZE, FITTING, DIMENSIONS, DELIVERY, WEIGHT and minor color or design variation. Please check the description or send us a message if you have any questions about product size, price, estimated shipment delivery time, color, design or weight. Buyers will be responsible for return shipping costs in all cases.

The Buyer will be responsible for the risk of loss, and insurance costs in case the return shipment is missing or damaged.

How to pack and send the items back:

  • Please pack each item in the original packing in the bubble mailer with additional cushion.
  • Refund will be issued only after verification of the returned items. If the item is broken during the transit, refunds may not be issued or a restocking fee of 20% will be charged to take care of the repairs.
  • Once our team has verified and inspected the item/items, return/refund will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the item/items. 

Shop PRE-ORDER or Made to Order (MTO) Items Policy

PRE-ORDER or Made to Order items Return, Exchange, Order Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Shipping Times: 2-3 weeks from the date of order within USA. 4-6 weeks for International orders. We will keep you posted on the shipping timeframes progress. 

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on Pre-Order or Made to Order items as these items are specifically created on customer requirement and individual order basis.

Order Cancellation: Once a Pre-Order or Made to Order Item order is placed, customers will have 2 hours from the time of the order placement to cancel a Pre-Order or Made to Order item order. Once that 2 hours window is past, we will start processing the order and will not be able to cancel an order at that time. All sales will be final at this time.

Returns and Exchanges: We do not accept returns and exchanges on Pre-Order or Made to Order Items. All sales will be final at this time, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
